You’ll need to have a few important documents to hand when you start the rental process:

• Your passport, ID card or driving license
• Proof of a UK visa if applicable
• Proof of income (this can be provided in the form of your last three bank statements, your three most recent pay slips or, if you’re self-employed, a copy of your most recent tax return
• Proof of current address (such as a utility bill in your name dated within the last three months)
• A reference from a previous landlord

Unfortunately, our tenancy agreements are for a minimum of 12 months.

You’ll be responsible for paying the council tax and other utility bills such as gas, water, electricity and Wi-Fi.

It’s highly advisable to have contents insurance to protect your belongings. We can connect with our recommended insurance broker if required.
